The 2012 wine dinner calendar has been finalized! It looks like it will be a good line up and we’re trying some new things this year. Everyone keeps asking for and adult cooking class since they love the kids classes, so we have a cocktail class coming up in February where we will teach people how to make mini appetizers and some great cocktails to pair with them. One of my favorites on the calendar is the All American Beer Dinner. I want to
highlight different ball parks and the food and beers that that city is known for. I am pumped to come up with the menu for that one. And back by popular demand is the Crab Dinner with John Shields, which sold out last year. That was a great one – everyone got their own crab and mallet and just went to town on them. Love it.
